Independent Resource Notice
This Site is an independent guide and is not affiliated with Starbucks Corporation. We present menu information, estimated prices, and calories in our own format and wording. Trademarked names are used only for description and reference (nominative fair use).
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will make a good-faith effort to notify the party who posted it, where applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove content and restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
